ICT Sales Executive


We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as an ICT Sales Executive. The role reports to the ICT Sales Manager, in the Business Solutions department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients while achieving agreed sales targets through lead generation, proactive selling, accurate forecasting and Salesforce management while demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Continuously drives to secure new ICT revenue through new client acquisitions and development of existing customer base to achieve personal sales targets
  • Demonstrate a customer-first focus
  • Exceptional client management focus on both new and existing clients 
  • Grow and Drive sales in existing client base with new ICT product suite
  • Demonstrate business prospecting to feed pipeline in order to effectively achieve target.
  • Possesses sufficient knowledge of different types of customer needs and their buying processes to spot potential opportunities and sell Digicel products and services
  • Understands customer objections and has strategies for dealing with these
  • Manages and owns ICT service delivery to drive customer first experience
  • Demonstrate accurate and efficient Salesforce and contact management.
  • Deep understanding of Digicel ICT product suite.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales and have achieved Sales Target
  • Deep Understanding and proven Client Management and forecasting sales closure
  • Experience in and with the ICT and Mobile Telecommunications sector would be considered a valuable asset.
