Head of DWH & MIS

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of DWH & MIS to join our Information Technology Team at the Digicel Khalsa office, reporting to the Regional Head of IT. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

The Head of DWH & MIS will lead data operations, analytics projects, and strategic reporting across multiple Pacific markets. This senior role is critical in driving business insights, operational efficiency, and digital transformation aligned with the regional IT strategy.

Core responsibilities:  

• Lead DWH & MIS operations to ensure accurate, timely delivery of KPIs and reports
• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level data and reporting systems (ETL, OBIEE, ODI, etc.)
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-impact projects & day to day operation
• Ensure system uptime (99.9%), compliance with IT security policies, and satisfactory audit rating
• Build and mentor a high-performing, self-reliant technical team

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer/IT background
• 13–15 years of IT industry experience with strong expertise in DWH, MIS, BI tools, and analytics platforms
• Skilled in Oracle OBIEE, ODI, SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ETL design, Oracle & Microsoft database
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross functional team management capabilities
• Experience with Unix/Linux, version control, scripting (Python/Shell), and root cause analysis
• Proven track record in managing transformation projects and large-scale IT programs
• Demonstrated strength in people management and vendor coordination
• Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset
