Manager Business Solutions

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Manager Business Solutions to be based at our Nabua Office.

The role reports to the HOD Business Solutions and as the Manager Business Solutions, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients while ensuring you and your team achieve agreed sales targets through lead generation, proactive selling, accurate forecasting and Salesforce management while demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through acquiring new ICT clients and development of existing customer base to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic ICT sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Ensure all revenue expectations set for the team and are met through the sales team’s delivery of ICT sales to customers.
  • Collate daily, weekly & monthly sales reporting as per the set schedule.
  • Compliance with the sales process from proposal to contract signing.
  • Ensure products sold is delivered on time as per the commitment to the customer.
  • Work closely with the ICT delivery team to ensure that the right solution sold to the customer is delivered.
  • Work with other areas of the business – finance, Legal etc. to ensure that the customer engagement and customer service levels are maintained.
  • Manage & develop direct reports from a capability perspective, through mentorship and guidance to ensure the team attain the same level of expertise.


Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, sales or marketing is preferred but not essential;
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience in a leadership role is essential.
  • Prior experience in client account management is essential.
  • Hands on ICT product skills is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven expertise developing and implementing Sales Plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to understand customer objections and mitigate with strategies.
  • Possess sound understanding of global ICT industry trends to be able to provide customers with a better understanding of Digicel products and solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment, as well as working autonomously.
  • Possess a proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Great communication, organization, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • An eye for attention to detail.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license with no demerit points.
