Corporate Affinity Sales Executive – Sales Consumer


We are seeking to hire highly a motivated individual as a Corporate Affinity Sales Executive to be based in our Central, North and Western Divisional Office centers. The Corporate Affinity Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent service, maximizing leverage opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with corporate partners to help drive growth in revenue and secure long term commitment. The role will also support the Sales & Distribution Teams in building new corporate partnership opportunities


Core Responsibilities:

You will initially be responsible for working with existing small business clients, looking at ways to increase share of wallet in the telecommunications space. Your accountabilities include (but not limited to);

  • Developing sales and knowledge capability across Digicel broad range of prepaid products and services for the Corporate sector.
  • Building a sales pipeline through identifying and solving corporate customer needs.
  • Establish and Deliver sales target for all Prepaid products through the Corporate Sector
  • Monitor quality of acquisition through the Corporate Channel
  • Execute promotional activities for Corporate partners to drive sales and build market credibility
  • Keeping up to date with current business trends
  • Developing and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in team management, training and developing high performing talent.
  • Excellent presentation, engagement, process development and advance commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A valid group 2 driver’s license is desirable.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Corporate Sales
