We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Customer Care Agent to join our customer care Team based at our Head Office in Suva and will be reporting to the Customer care team leader.

As the Customer care Agent, you will be responsible to manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all Inbound and Outbound calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner following organizational processes and guidelines
  • Promptly deal with Customer queries, complaints and requests with minimal escalation; via Email and other Digital Channels (Live Chat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Help build cooperation with teams, and achieve Departmental objectives, ensuring seamless care for our Digicel Customers.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations encouraging an increased benefit for both customers and the organization.
  • Promptly deal with Customer queries, complaints and requests with minimal escalation

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferably in a Call Centre, Travel or Hospitality
  • Strong verbal and written communication, & interpersonal skills – with fluency in English and preferably Fijian or Hindi
  • Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email programs.
