Dealer Representative

We are looking to hire Dealer Representatives based in Suva and Nadi. This role is responsible for selling products and services in the market and providing support during campaigns within the respective Consumer Sales Channels and Segments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Selling the company's products and services within a specified channel area.
• Attracting new customers to increase profitability, and win new accounts.
• Identifying and educating prospective customers on benefits of Digicel products and services.
• Supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
• Ensuring delivery of on-ground activation plans and driving customer Mobile Financial Service (My Cash) activation.
• Reporting and reviewing sales trends, customer insights and propose ways to effectively improve field sales and customer experience.
• Assisting the Area Manager to ensure the resellers and dealers are well equipped with stock, signage and correspondences.
• Supporting the team in executing special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volume.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• A minimum of Year 12 school education or equivalent.
• Some experience with customer service.
• Good selling and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Physically fit to load and unload stock.
