Primary role is to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they deliver outstanding results. You will be responsible for performing meticulous keyword research and creating compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience. Your expertise will be pivotal in monitoring budgets and bid strategies, with a sharp focus on maximizing ROI for our campaigns. Analyzing campaign data is a critical part of your role, and you will use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve our advertising efforts. Core Responsibilities:


  • Execution of all company owned, earned and paid media in digital space
  • Execute all paid ads activities inc. of Google Ads.
  • Oversees all company’s social media accounts management
  • Coordinates social media messaging with marketing team per campaign goals
  • Coordinate and execute the production and appearance of markets videos and audio media such as engagement videos, 30-sec radio ads, television programs
  • Execution of digital promotions via digital platforms – SWVRE, MADME, etc.
  • Coordinate with design and digital team to plan digital content for daily/ weekly engagement content –Trello, Toolkit, metricool, Hub spot etc.
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages


Academic qualifications, experience and skills required for this role


  • Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information’s Systems.
  • 2 Years work experience in a similar or related field.
  • Web and social medical platform knowledge  is essential
  • PPC, Display, search, UAC ad campaigns specialist.
  • Prior Telecommunication or Digital Execution is an added advantage.
  • Google Analytics  & Social Advertising and Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
