We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of ICT Sales Executive to join our Fiji Business Solutions Team based at the Nabua office, reporting to the ICT Sales Manager.

 

As an ICT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction!

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Accurate forecasting weekly/monthly sales.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Work closely with ICT service delivery for on-time delivery of products/solutions for exceptional customer experience.
  • Accurately update all customer information on the ERP system
  • Client contact management.

 

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

 

  • 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales.
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Client management expertise.
  • Sound knowledge of ICT and Telecommunications sector would be an added advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques,
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fast learner with passion for sales!
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
