Inventory Officer

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Inventory Officer to join our Technical Team based at the Khalsa office, reporting to the Head of Technical.  The term of this  contract will be upto 12 months and as a inventory officer you will be responsible of receiving, dispatching of goods, manage stock and record stock movements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders.

• Receive, store, and distribute goods.

• Manage stock levels and allocate supplies from inventory.

• Maintain stock records using either manual or digital systems.

• Conduct inventory preparations.

• Verify supply invoices against purchase orders.

• Generate reports on inventory adjustments, damaged stock, and stock relocation.

• Identify new suppliers and request quotes.

• Coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and inventory activities.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management.

• Enjoy clerical and administrative tasks.

• Strong planning and numerical skills.

• Methodical work style.

• Effective communication skills.

• Proficient in working with computer systems.

• Detail-oriented.
