We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Marketing Coordinator to join our Fiji Marketing Team.


This role is based at the Nabua office, reporting to the Head of Marketing. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration for team to promote the company and its products, services and increasing customer awareness.

 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional general administration support to the Fiji Marketing team for the smooth-running of marketing operations.
  • Managing marketing purchases and expenses including obtaining quotations, raising and receipting purchase orders, reconciling petty cash requests and shipment clearance.
  • Working with suppliers to conceptualize and create branded merchandise for events and activities.
  • Managing printing of marketing collateral including but not limited to flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects.
  • Tracking competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
  • Coordinating campaign launches within expected timeframes.
  • Scheduling email blasts, ATL messages, daily USSD and Dealer bulletin for offers as required.
  • Monitoring billboard contract renewals and ensuring payments are done on time.
  • Coordinate PR activities with the team.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • A certificate or diploma in business administration or similar or
  • At least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
  • Proven administration skills with hands on knowledge with a finance ERP system.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented with an “optimistic approach”.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, within guidelines in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possessing a valid group 2 driver’s license would be an advantage.
