The MFS Distribution Lead Hub role will focus and support the country MFS Distribution Leads on growing and supporting the mobile money operations by acquiring agents, merchants and billers. The role requires maintaining good relationship with the external stakeholders on an ongoing basis and supporting both the MFS team and wider Digicel team including Compliance, Marketing, Retail, Legal and Technical who are based locally and internationally.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
- In liaison with Regional MFS Head and Markets MFS Leads and Commercial Heads, develop and communicate program vision and plan to reporting lines/ Market
- Main point of contact for all MFS Distribution related customers
- Partnership network development to efficiently serve the operation across the MFS footprint
- Responsible for the B2B related activities such as Contract Management, Accounts Management etc.
- Develop a clear understanding of the entire Digicel Business and Mobile Financial Services
- Perform quality inspections and audits on all aspects of the MFS Channel.
- Provide structure and timely recommendations verbal or written to Management.
- Compile reports and updates as and when required by Management
- Work with Retail to ensure clients are supported
- Ensure MFS Channel adheres to the Business processes and procedures.
- Review current processes and implement changes to improve efficiency of the MFS Channel.
Academic qualifications Skills & experience required for this role
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferable)
- Proven track of success in managing commercial units
- Full understanding of the MFS importance / dynamics in the Market
- Capable of managing legal agreements
- Capable of delicately managing big business entities whilst maximizing company’s interest
- Excellent verbal, analytical and communication skills.
- Good time management and planning capability
