Pre-Sales Coordinator and Associate Analyst

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the role of Pre-Sales Coordinator & Associate Analyst. The role reports to the Product Manager and will be based in Nabua.

The Pre-Sales team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers and responsible for actively driving and managing the pre sales process with direct and channel customers.

Core Responsibilities:

• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
• Liaising with the Products Manager to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like.
• Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business to reach set sales targets.
• Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research.
• Upselling products to customers.
• Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
• Developing scope of work for projects in conjunction with engineers and the business development team.
• Working with clients to manage their expectations through projects.
• Providing expert advise to business solutions executives and clients.
• Attending to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
• Ensuring Digicel products can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
• Working closely with the ICT Sales & Technical team to deliver projects on time.
• Sharing sales forecast with the technical & inventory teams to ensure products and materials are available for projects.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

• Degree in Information Technology or Business and/or Telecommunication preferred.
• Pre-Sales consulting expertise in a Telco with enterprise customers.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years in managing complex ICT.
• Possess proficient understanding the ICT Technology, managing services and Cloud.
• Ability to listen, understand and analyse a client’s business requirements and present solutions
• Proficient user of MS office.
• Flexibility to travel to any Digicel markets when required.
• Sound knowledge of project management processes.
• A valid group 2 drivers’ license with no demerit points.
