Products Tester

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Products Tester to be based in our Nabua Office. The role reports to the Commercial Manager.As a Products Tester, you will be responsible for conducting product training; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, and time integrated plans for product introduction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Update Standard Operating Procedure document
• Transfer Aria Printed Vouchers to retail sites that raise request
• Test POS end to end for any upgrades
• Create Printed Vouchers and ensure enough vouchers are created
• Raise PCDs via promotion manager for new and existing product development request
• Prepare a thorough test case performing end to end testing for the promotion after details have been shared by the technical team
• Prepare detailed training slides, terms and conditions with Dealer bulletins for every new product launch or existing product changes
• Update and maintain nursery messaging for New Customers
• Ensure website is updated with current information.

           Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

• Diploma in either Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Management.
• Experience in soliciting business requirements and translating those requirements into key performance indicators.
• Testing and training Experience.
• Management and Communications skills
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
