We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Senior Business Solutions Sales Specialist to join our Fiji Business Solutions Team based at the Nabua office, reporting to the ICT Sales Manager.


As a Senior Business Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for improving sales and overall business growth for ICT products in government sectors.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and plan for the Government sectors, outlining strategies for partnership development and business growth.
  • Ensure that the revenue expectations set for the role is met through delivering ICT products to customers.
  • Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
  • Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
  • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in ICT products and solutions.
  • Collate daily, weekly & monthly sales reporting for your immediate manager and HOD.
  • Ensure compliance in the sales process from proposal to contract signing.
  • Ensure that the product sold is delivered as per the commitment to the customer.
  • Work closely with the ICT delivery team to ensure the right solution is delivered to the customer with the specified timeline.


Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:


  • A certificate or diploma in business administration.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of ICT products and solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
