We are seeking to hire highly motivated individuals as a Store Manager to be based at our MHCC Outlet.  The role reports to the Manager Retail & FOTS and as the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overall store management to achieve optimum sales.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Drive revenue through new and innovative ideas to achieve set store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with set procedures for sale and cash balancing.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Continuously coaching and developing to upskill store employees for high performance.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services at all times and ordering stock as required.
  • Address all customer complaints and staff grievances and escalate to your line manager.

 

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, sales or marketing is preferred but not essential;
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience as a Store Manager in a mid to large organization.
  • Prior experience in assisting with marketing new products or services
  • Sound knowledge of retail store operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Proven experience-leading teams with successful outcomes.
  • Computer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
