Affinity Sales Executive

 

The role is responsible for the development and performance of all Home & Entertainment sales activities in the assigned region. This role will be based at our Nadi office and will report to the Business Development Manager.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure current client base is maintained through regular product and service reviews.
  • Establish plans to expand the customer base across corporate and residential entities in the designated areas.
  • Ensure targeted plans are in line with company vision and values to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Implement strategic sales plan for the market that ensures attainment of Company sales goals and profitability.
  • Compile and update daily, weekly and monthly calendar of presentations and provide feedback to Senior Management regarding performance.
  • Implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
  • Identifying current market trends and determining regional sales system improvements.
  • Ensure regional sales financial objectives are met as per the forecast and initiating corrective actions.

 

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • A diploma in Business Management or
  • 3 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the Home & Entertainment or Telecommunication Industry.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office.
  • Great customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
