Direct Sales Retail Admin
We are seeking to hire highly a motivated individual as a Direct Sales Retail Administrator to be based in our Nadi Office reporting to the Manager Administration. The role will be responsible, Support consumer team ensuring that the channel achieve business targets through supporting the administrative task.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide KPI for Commission reporting
- Stock variance report (weekly).
- Sales, Banking & Reporting (daily) to your line Manager
- EVD Top Up and report (daily).
- Inventory Tracker (Daily)
- Stock (DS & Retail): Ensuring that any anomalies in stock is highlighted and all AM’s have stocked required to deliver daily targets.
- Accurately issue and account stock, handing stock to Team Leaders when required.
- Ordering Stock for Retail and Direct Sales
- Raise PO’s - Timely replenishment of stock and ensuring that we are not OOS at any one time
- Stock takes for Direct Sales/Retail
- Ensure that daily Sim Stock is issued to DS Team Leaders by 8am every day.
- Marketing Collaterals ordering and distribution
- Reconciliation - Daily reconciliation of DS cash, EVD and stock.
- Highlighting any variances in terms of Cash and Stock to Admin Manager
- Highlight any form of suspicion related to the misuse of cash, stock and any company asset to Line Manager
- Ensure Direct Sales and Dealer Rep New Hires, Re-Hires and Exit of staffs are done on time.
Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:
- A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Sales or relevant fields is a plus
- Prior experience in Sales Administrative work
- Prior experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
