Digital Marketing Executive

We therefore invite internal and external applications for the position of Digital Marketing Executive based at the Head Office, reporting to Digicel Tonga Marketing Manager.

The role will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for the Tonga market, and to ensure that promotional content across owned digital platforms is executed in a timely and effective manner.

Core responsibilities:  

• Plan and execute all company-owned, earned, and paid media campaigns in the digital space.
• Oversee the management of social media accounts.
• Coordinate social media messaging with the marketing team and marketing manager
• Coordinate with the creative manager and graphic designers to develop digital content for engagement.
• Audit and analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
• Analyse social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
• Work with product managers to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

Education

• Minimum qualification is a Diploma in IT/Marketing or related fields
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar role

Experience

• Knowledge and user of different Social Media Platforms
• Microsoft Office Proficiency Fresh digital Savvy individual / excellent project management skills
