The Head of Business Solutions is to manage long-term relationships with corporate customers, connecting with key business executives, stakeholders and influencers.  Generates revenue by developing new ICT products and services to existing and potential Corporate Customers.

Core responsibilities:

• Manage technical pre-sales function and oversee the overall sales process;
• Manage Debt Collection;
• Advise key personnel regarding government contacts and other business partners;
• Assist, coordinate and maintain business relationship with all Government and Corporate customers;
• Manage Government and Corporate customers issues and resolution;
• Lead the Sales team in winning new businesses & customers to grow market share;
• Ensure on time and accurate reporting to Digicel Samoa Limited CEO;
• Develop and manage the Business Solution sales pipeline; and
• Develop, implement and manage service delivery timeframes.

Academic qualifications and/or experience required for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or ICT related field;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing technical support in a customer focused environment
• Minimum of 5 years in executive management role.
• ICT experience an advantage
