Key Responsibilities
- Create impact and deliver outputs with all the initiatives undertaken. Measurement of all marketing activities will be the key performance indicators.
- Preparing and delivering execution plans ensuring that key objectives are fully aligned with commercial as well as the consumer and business revenue initiatives.
- Work closely with hub Marketing team in getting all campaign delivered on time before launch deadlines.
- Work closely with the Hub Marketing Head in developing and executing on a digital first approach for all campaigns, promotions and BTL offers.
- Effectively manage as administrator for all official company social media platforms and pages – namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and any other platforms when and where necessary and work closely with Hub Marketing’s Digital lead to drive digital ad matrix and create impact with measurable outputs.
- Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required in managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters, social media videos, engagement pieces, etc.
- Scheduling all advertisements across all media channels ensuring prime time placements of all Digicel advertisements and messages. Follow classic media planning.
- Assess and identify key sponsorship activities and properties that align with Digicel’s sponsorship pillars and assist with activations of all key sponsorships ensuring maximum exposure and return on investment.
- Work closely with CEO/Hub Marketing Head on the marketing budget, ensuring all OPEX lines are within spend and help identify areas of savings and reallocation lines.
- Represent Digicel on all allocated radio and TV talk-shows after consulting with Hub’s PR lead.
Academic qualifications and/or skills required for this role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer experience management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
