Finance Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our Finance Team at the Singapore office, reporting to the Group Finance Director. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

Core responsibilities:  

• Responsible for Group financial, management & ad hoc reports ensuring adherence to HQ deadlines.
• Liaise with HQ to ensure consistency for group reporting, identify potential reporting issues, recommend & implement possible solutions.
• Identify & report potential strategic and financial risk to management, recommend & implement corrective solutions.
• Prepare consolidated financials and lead schedules for audit purposes.
• Manage group audit process and corporate secretarial functions.
• Administer financial systems, chart of accounts and drive system migration and improvement projects.
• Provide training, advice and guidance to regional accounting team.
• Draft policies, procedures & prepare training guides.
• Administer treasury operations & prepare associated reports.
• Prepare tax computation & returns.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 8 years working experience in audit and consolidation.
• Detailed, strong analytical, communication, coordination, planning and execution skills.
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines within a matrix environment.
• Exposure to Oracle consolidation systems & Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred.
