Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking for a hire highly motivated individuals as a Business Solutions Manager to be based in our Suva reporting to the Head of Business Solutions. The role will be responsible for leading the regional sales team o drive revenue growth, expand the company’s customer base, and strengthen market presence. This role will provide strategic direction, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets.
• Manage pipelines, performance, and client engagement to drive results.
• Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Track market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
• Report sales performance, forecasts, and insights to leadership.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in a mid-to-senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of business trends and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
