We are currently seeking a highly motivated CVM Analyst to join our Commercial Team at the Nabua office, reporting to the Head of CVM & CX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

 

This role supports the execution of CVM (Customer Value Management) initiatives by harnessing data analytics to optimize targeted campaigns across retention, upsell, and cross-sell segments. It involves analyzing customer behaviour, implementing data-driven marketing strategies, automating lifecycle campaigns, and delivering analytical insights to boost customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

 

 

Core responsibilities:  

  • Reporting and Dashboard Management
  • Develop weekly/monthly dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize key customer metrics.
  • Oversee the sanctity of data feed to multiple Campaign Management Tools.
  • Oversee the CVM Post Analytics reporting; i.e., data loading, report process and validation and publishing.
  • Analyze customer data to identify key segments based on behaviour, demographics, and value.
  • Support the development of customer segments based on demographics, usage, and value (e.g., high-value vs. low-value customers).
  • Create ARPU bands and behavioural segments and analyze customer movement between segments.
  • Develop actionable insights from customer analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage all propensity models such as Churn, Bundle, Device Upgrade and Next Best Offer.
  • Customer Behaviour Analysis – Track trends in churn, acquisition, engagement, and revenue to provide actionable insights.
  • Segmentation & Targeting – Define and refine customer segments (ARPU bands, behavioural groups) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Propensity Modelling – Manage churn, bundle, device upgrade, and Next Best Offer models for targeted interventions.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking – Measure and optimize CVM campaigns using deep-dive analytics.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

  • Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computing Science or similar field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in analytics
  • Prior experience in Analytics, Segmentation or Business Casing
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Oracle/SQL, Power BI/Tableau and PowerPoint skills
