We are currently seeking a highly motivated CVM Strategy Specialist to join our Commercial Team at the Nabua office, reporting to the Head of CVM & CX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!
To drive the overall strategy for targeted campaigns across retention, upsell and cross-sell segments including roadmap for existing and new products, working closely with marketing functions and campaign execution team to automate the campaigns based on lifecycle journey and increase digitization as per the company strategy.
Core responsibilities:
- Work with Hub and Market commercial teams to define, execute, refine customer segmentation strategy to identify unique actionable customer segments using behaviour, psychographic, needs & motivation-based information
- Provide thought leadership to guide the base management teams towards data driven marketing best practices
- Establish governance frameworks to drive new and existing campaigns, including any capability development, adoption of capabilities, culture building, and KPI management to drive incremental profitability for business
- Accelerate transition to new ecosystem comprising of Automated Campaign management and “Next Best Offer (NBO)” frameworks, to drive incremental impact
- Drive overall strategy for automation of existing campaign segments, based on lifecycle journey
- Implement and automate finer aspects like contact policy, to enhance customer experience from BTL interventions leading to better conversion of targeted offers and reduction in churn across Mobile and Home lines of business
- Drive the decision matrix behind NBO, liaise with internal and external partners (including DWH) to ensure balance between decision tree based and scientific frameworks
- Drive overall upsell engagement for additional products such as MyCash, DTV, ISP
- Plan and execute Retention campaigns to meet monthly and yearly churn targets whilst prioritizing value churn
- Plan and execute Upsell campaigns to improve wallet share and ARPU of existing customers, Cross-sell campaigns to increase dual and triple service holding customers including upsell of additional products like MyCash, DTV etc
- Prepare Business Case to get approval on segmented below the line (BTL) interventions for retention management, upsell and cross sell campaigns
- Work with technology team to configure segmented products
- Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis of campaigns to measure output and work with data science and analytics team to automate reporting
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics or similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related role, ideally 2+ in the telco industry
- Prior experience in Analytics, Segmentation, Campaign Management and project management
- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI would be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Excel, SQL & PowerPoint skills
