We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Corporate Sales Manager to join our Business Solutions Team.
This role will be based at the Nabua office, reporting to the Head of Business Solutions. As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead the Corporate Sales team, focusing on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to Digicel’s GSM (Mobile) Corporate customers and prospects. Your primary goal will be to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and expand our market share in the Post-paid sector.
Core Responsibilities:
- Managing the Corporate Sales team and achieving the overall sales targets.
- Strategically drive the sales of all Post-Paid products for maximum revenue growth.
- Design and implement the team’s sales roadmap to include the objectives, target market (segments), value propositions, sales channels, sales processes, KPIs, timelines, resource allocation, communication, review & collaboration for efficient deliverables.
- Adopt effective pipeline optimization strategy for accurate forecasting and ultimately speedy closures.
- Conduct market research to identify new target segments & refine the value propositions.
- Consistently provide training and coaching on new initiatives, strategies, sales processes and product knowledge to the Team
- Implement lead generation activities such as content marketing, social media campaigns, base incentive campaigns and networking events.
- Drive the team to deliver their KPIs and achieve their individual sales targets.
- Manage recruitment, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, sustainable customer relationships through consistent collaboration and engagement for in-depth understanding of their business needs.
- Identify emerging competitors and the market trends while being fully aware of new products/services and the competitor’s activities (intelligence).
- Present sales, revenue, collections (aged debtors’ performance) and product reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Have a keen interest in general business trends both locally and internationally.
- Have broad knowledge of Digicel Products & Services.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Proficient user of MS- Office program.
- A valid group 2 drivers’ license with no demerit points.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
