Customer Engagement Executive

We are seeking to hire highly a motivated individual as a Customer Engagement Executive to be based in Suva reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role will be proactively engage Digicel customers through outbound calls, educating them on products, services, and promotions that enhance their experience and increase their lifetime value. The agent will play a key role in driving customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Promote Digicel’s products and services.
  • Educate customers on how offerings can improve their digital lifestyle.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer preferences and usage.
  • Promote value-added services (e.g., data bundles, entertainment apps, loyalty programs).
  • Drive product and service adoption.
  • Provide a personalized and professional interaction on every call.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and detailed product knowledge.
  • Implement targeted outbound campaigns in line with marketing objectives.
  • Record call outcomes and provide accurate feedback for analysis.
  • Achieve daily/monthly KPIs: call volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction.
  • Follow Digicel’s compliance standards and ethical sales practices.

 

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services is a plus
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications.
  • Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help others at the same time being result oriented.
  • Clear, confident, and professional communicator.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting campaigns and targets
  • Collaborative team player with a positive mindset
