Head of Marketing

 The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Digicel Fiji across all products and services in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. 

This includes the company's brand equity in-country and managing all communications in the market relating to Digicel’s brand image. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote Digicel, its products and services and drive potential sales as end result.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns with on-ground execution.
• Planning, buying and evaluation of all media.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key external and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage all communications both internally and externally.
• Budget management.
• Event and Project Management.
• Analyse competition’s marketing campaign, gain insights and assess against Digicel.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• Bachelor of Arts degree in business related discipline with specialization in Marketing or
• Seven (7) years’ or more work experience in a marketing role with regional experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Prior experience in leading teams with successful outcomes.
