We are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of Commercial to join our Fiji Leadership Team at the Head office, reporting to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

The role will be responsible for leading with excellence in commercial analytics, product development, activations, and business insights across our core revenue lines — Mobile (Prepaid & Postpaid), ICT, and Home & Entertainment (Television & ISP). As part of the Executive Team, you’ll shape and deliver Digicel’s commercial strategy, driving subscriber and revenue growth, strengthening our market position, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Core responsibilities:  

• Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, subscriber, and market share growth across all business lines.
• Lead the design and launch of innovative products and services, ensuring competitive positioning and successful market delivery.
• Oversee the Activations Team to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused onboarding for H&E, Unwired, and Business Solutions clients.
• Deliver actionable business insights through strong analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Commercial and Activations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree (MBA or similar) will be an added advantage.
• 5+ years’ experience in brand management, commercial strategy, or campaign development within telecommunications or branded FMCG.
• 3+ years in middle management, with proven success in driving growth and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
