ICT Corporate Care Executive
We are seeking to hire motivated individuals in the role of ICT Corporate Care Executive to join our Technical Team Team in Suva.
As the ICT Corporate Care Executive, you will be responsible to manage the ICT Inbound queue in the delivery of a first-class customer experience for all customers, every day.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for all ICT customer issues.
- Monitor the health and integrity of the ICT PTMP/PTP Radwin & Airmux network, Starlink, Kacific, and NEC systems.
- Manage ICT trouble tickets using ManageEngine.
- Support ICT Field Engineers with troubleshooting, link optimization, and installations.
- Ensure timely allocation and utilization of ICT Field Engineer resources for Level 2 support and installations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate trouble ticket information for future reference and analysis.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly ICT Helpdesk reports to the ICT Service Delivery Manager and CTO.
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales on customer issues and installation progress.
Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or Customer Service preferred.
- 1–2 years in technical support or customer care, ideally within an ICT or telecommunications environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; capable of managing multiple customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (open style preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work constructively within a team environment.
