We are currently seeking a highly motivated MFS Operations Executive to join our Consumer MFS Team at the Digicel office in Nabua, reporting to the MFS Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!
As an MFS Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational support, reporting, analytics, and compliance execution for the MyCash platform. The role ensures effective merchant and agent lifecycle management, accurate ecosystem reconciliation and settlement, delivery of regulatory and KYC remediation initiatives, and generation of insights to support commercial decision-making, CVM campaigns, and business growth.
Core responsibilities:
- Act as first-line operational support for MyCash merchants, agents, billers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate merchant and agent onboarding, account setup, documentation tracking, and collateral distribution.
- Manage ongoing merchant/agent wallet support, transaction issue resolution, and operational escalations.
- Support payment processing workflows across P2P, merchant payments, bill payments, and B2C use cases.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and audits of distribution partners as required.
- Perform regular reconciliation and settlement of merchant, agent, biller, and internal MyCash accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of settlements, verifications, and exception management.
- Maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness across all financial operations.
- Conduct pre-analysis to identify CVM segments, triggers, and targeting opportunities.
- Collaborate with CVM, Marketing, and Commercial teams on campaign design and execution.
- Support scripting, execution, and tracking of outbound CVM campaigns.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide post-campaign reporting and insights
- Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of MyCash initiatives
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the financial services industry a strong plus.
- Experience working with mobile financial services platforms a bonus.
