Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking to hire highly a motivated individual as a Quality Assurance Manager to be based in Suva reporting to the Head of Consumer. This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance strategies across the Consumer Operations. This role ensures that customer-facing processes, products, and services meet established standards of excellence and regulatory compliance, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain QA frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Lead quality audits and assessments across consumer operations including customer service, sales, and support functions.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and internal standards.
  • Manage training programs, provide coaching and performance management.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the Consumer Team.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and insights to senior management.
  • Support the rollout of new products and services by ensuring quality standards are met during testing and launch phases.

 

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer services sector.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience metrics and quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
