Regional Consumer Sales Manager

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Regional Consumer Sales Manager to join our Consumer Sales Team. This role will be based at the Suva and Nadi Office reporting to the Head of Consumer Sales. The role will be responsible to support, manage, guide and lead the Consumer Sales & Distribution Teams within the dedicated area assigned that drives best in class in existing and new customer experiences through all sales channels, to attain market leadership in Fiji, through growth in the Prepaid Segment within the dedicated assigned area.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition, recharge, and revenue growth in the Prepaid Segment
• Manage and expand distribution footprint across Retail, Dealers, Resellers, and Community Reps
• Lead customer service excellence and ensure alignment with Digicel standards
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Commercial teams
• Analyse sales data and report performance trends
• Coach and develop high-performing sales teams

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years in management and 2 years in telecom or FMCG
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and sales strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel across Digicel markets.
