Senior Business Analyst- Tonga

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Market Commercial Operations Team at the Digicel Nabua office, reporting to the Manager Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

The Senior Business Analyst will have regular engagement with the CEO, Regional CCO and Manager Analytics.  The role will correctly measure, thoroughly analyse and provide relevant commercial performance management and insights to support consumer business and strategic decisions.  The role is required to continuously track and produce reports and analysis on macro and micro activities affecting all major consumer products, initiatives and offers. 

Core responsibilities:  

• Provide regular dashboards of key drivers for subscriber and revenue growth such as LTE penetration, Mixed Bundle penetration, Value Segmentation, Data Monetization and Digital.
• Lead weekly meeting with the CEO/CCO to present campaign performance / post promotion analysis and insights on subscriber and revenue (prepaid, post-paid, H&E) trends e.g., performance of company initiatives, impact of competitor activities, effect of seasonality, etc. 
• Preparation of KPI reports for Board Report / Board Meeting / Market review and monthly Finance KPI Hyperion load files.
• Produce ad hoc Group CALA reporting requirements (limited to subscriber, usage and revenue information).
• Data quality tracking and escalation in data sources.
• Assist the Market in the preparation of business cases (limited to providing the raw data which is either already available or to be requested from DWH).
• Assist the CEO and Manager Analytics in the annual budget preparation. 
• Assist Manager Analytics in HUB analysis and projects (Network Health/ Handset/ Reseller/Loyalty/etc).

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in either Computer Science and Information Systems or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce.
• Experience in soliciting business requirements and translating those requirements into key performance indicators.
• Reporting design and development.
• Management and Communications skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint Knowledge
• Bonus if have the following qualifies
• Experience working with large sets of data
• Experience with FCCS, EPBCS, DTS, Data warehouses, SQL, OLAP cubes, ETL, Data mining and Business Intelligence systems.
• Experience in relationship database management principles as they relate to data warehousing.
