This role will be reporting to the Head of International Business- Carrier Services and will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing technical operations related to carrier partnerships and services. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of carrier services, managing technical relationships, and driving the technical aspects of carrier partnerships to achieve business objectives.



Core Responsibilities


  • Lead the technical integration of carrier services into the company's systems and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to ensure smooth implementation and functionality
  • Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with carrier partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and issue resolution with carriers
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between internal teams and carriers.
  • Ensure that all carrier integrations comply with industry regulations and security standard
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements related to carrier services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in carrier services.
  • Provide recommendations for adopting new technologies to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of carrier services.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets related to carrier services.
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet project timelines and business objective



Academic qualifications and/or experience required for this role:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Proven experience in technical management, with a focus on carrier services or telecommunication.
  • Strong understanding of carrier protocols, APIs, and integration processes.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the telecommunications industry.
