Temp MFS Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Conducting Calls for Information Collection.
• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by customers
• Handle all customer information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and regulations to protect sensitive data.
• Enter and update information in the company's database
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including the information collected, any issues encountered, and the resolutions provided.
• Report any system or procedural issues that may impact the information collection and verification process to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Offer feedback on the information collection and verification processes to help improve systems and procedures.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

• Certificate or Diploma in Administration/Management or Front Office
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer services environment
• Computer Literacy is essential
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Telecommunication experience
• Database Administration skills
