We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of MFS Support Executive to join MFS Team based at the Nabua office, reporting to the MFS Manager.

 

As the MFS Support Executive, you will wear many hats! You will provide timely customer service to our external partners (merchants, agents, etc.) handle MyCash partner reporting and reconciliation, as well contribute to internal reporting and administrative tasks. You will also collaborate effectively with various teams (MFS, Marketing, Finance, Prepaid, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of MyCash initiatives.

 

Core Responsibilities:

Merchant & Agent Support:

  • Provide exceptional first-line support to merchants and agents, addressing their queries and assisting with reporting needs.
  • Coordinate the creation and rollout of new agent and merchant accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Manage ongoing agent and merchant support for ordering collateral materials to enhance MyCash ecosystem operations.
  • Handle customer requests related to MyCash received through retail or distribution channels.

Financial Operations:

  • Perform regular reconciliation and settlement of merchant, agent and internal accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process financial reconciliations, verifications, and settlements for agents and merchants.
  • Facilitate banking and customer transfers related to MyCash.
  • Provide MyCash partner reporting, including analysis and reports for merchants, agents, and B2B clients.
  • Generate weekly transaction and subscriber reports.
  • Assist other Digicel markets with merchant/biller settlement processing.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Provide internal dashboards updates and reporting to Commercial, Consumer, and Business teams.
  • Assist the Consumer team with retail stock takes, audits, and checks on MyCash distribution.
  • Participate in audits, training, and onboarding of MFS distribution partners (as required).
  • Provide administrative support to the MFS team to ensure successful integration and support of both new and existing partners.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Assist in the preparation of KPI reports.
  • Support the Commercial Head in the preparation of business cases.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a strong plus.
  • Experience working with mobile financial services platforms a bonus.
