The MFS Hub Growth Lead will have regular engagement with the Head of MFS and Markets to recommend growth opportunities by thoroughly analyzing and providing relevant insights to support the business and strategic decisions.  The role is required to continuously track and produce reports and analysis on macro and micro activities affecting all major products, initiatives and offers. 

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Head of Mobile Financial Services on the development and implementation of plans to ensure goals of the various products are achieved.
  • Support the Head of Regional Head of Mobile Financial Services to create a quarterly roadmap to support the products goals.
  • Provide regular dashboards of key drivers for user and revenue growth such as penetration, Segmentation etc.
  • Follow-through with reports and post event recaps (update archives); evaluating, analysing, monitoring and reporting performance and activities at event, promotions, and activations.
  • Lead performance meeting with the MFS Teams to present campaign performance / post promotion analysis and insights on users and revenue trends e.g. performance of initiatives, impact of competitor activities, effect of seasonality, etc. 
  • Create a collaborative environment for all team members to work and grow professionally.
  • Data quality tracking and escalation in data sources.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases (limited to providing the raw data which is either already available or to be requested from DWH).
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation.

Academic qualifications and/or experience required for this role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either Computer Science and Information Systems or Bachelor of Science.
  • Experience in soliciting business requirements and translating those requirements into key performance indicators.
  • Reporting design and development.
  • Management and Communications skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge
  • Bonus if have the following qualifies
  • Experience working with large sets of data
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities, with strong collaborative and entrepreneurial focus.
  • Team player – able to work with others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has high initiative to work on their own and career driven towards high achievement goals.
