We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Temporary Outbound Agent – World Food Program to be based here in Nuku’alofa, Tonga and be part of our Customer Care Team. This role will support the in-house call centre setting up for World Food Program. Agents will assist in collection of raw data and adhere to report process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct four (4) representative, cross-sectional household surveys across the other Pacific Islands to provide data on household food security, household access to food, markets, health services and other essential needs.
- 400 interviews to be collected in shortest timeframe possible from these countries.
- The call center will apply a random digit dialing approach from the subscriber database available in country.
- To collect an additional round of Data for Digicel Markets.
- "Standard work hours" are 8:00 to 17:00 (local time) Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays.
Minimum Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:
- Successful completion of Form 6 or any relevant tertiary qualification
- At least some working experiences in a similar capacity within a call centre.
- Well-mannered with good command of both English and Tongan
- Fast thinker and good problem-solving skills
- Good listener and attention to details
- Highly organized and efficient
