Manager Analytics

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager Analytics to join our Market Commercial Operations Team at the Digicel Nabua Office, reporting to the Regional Chief Commercial Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

The primary objective of this role is to provide accurate measurement, deep analysis, and actionable commercial insights that support subscriber growth, revenue growth, and strategic business decisions. The role works closely with senior leadership including the CEO and Regional CCO to monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, and guide market actions across consumer products and initiatives.

Core responsibilities:  

Commercial Performance & Business Health

• Monitor and analyze key growth drivers including: Activations, Churn, Net Adds, ARPU, Usage trends, Channel performance, QOS impacts, etc.
• Provide holistic business health insights and identify risks impacting subscriber or revenue growth.
• Track macro and micro market activities affecting consumer business performance.

Customer & Revenue Analytics

• Develop segmentation frameworks to improve: ARPU uplift, Customer stickiness and Retention of low-usage and low-ARPU subscribers and etc.
• Support acquisition and retention strategies through network-aligned commercial analytics.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, promotions, seasonality impacts, and competitor activities.

Reporting & Executive Support

• Prepare and manage: Executive dashboards, KPI reports, Board reports, Monthly finance KPI/FCCS files and Board reporting requirements
• Present weekly commercial insights to CEO/CCO covering prepaid, postpaid, and H&E performance trends.
• Provide analytical support during annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.

Data Governance & Team Leadership

• Ensure data quality tracking, validation, and escalation of source issues.
• Support CVM teams with advanced analytics and model development.
• Guide and align team members on monthly analytics priorities and deliverables.
• Assist business case preparation through data extraction and analytical support

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Information Systems/Science/Commerce/MBA or a related analytical/business field.
• 10 years and above on similar role.
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into meaningful KPIs and actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong capability in reporting design, dashboard development, and analytical reporting.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with: FCCS, EPBCS, DTS, Data Warehousing, SQL, OLAP Cubes, ETL Processes, Data Mining, Business Intelligence Systems and AI tools would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
